銷售總經理陳秀偉代表三特紡織集團，與恆鑫集團董事長特派代表陸有素共同簽署該協議。陸有素先生此次作為董事長特派代表行使權力並主持儀式，標誌著雙方在紡織服裝範疇的戰略合作邁向新里程。
